In this podcast ‘Sleep Talk’ by renowned sleep experts Dr. David Cunnington, a sleep physician, and Dr. Moira Junge, a health psychologist, we explore how expecting perfect sleep is often the enemy of getting sleep, and how insomnia can worsen when you have unrealistic expectations of your sleep. I had not previously thought too much about the connection between perfectionism and sleep, so it was interesting to explore these connections together.
