Process-Based Pathways to Self-Compassion in Neurodivergent People - Online, 5th & 6th June 2026
Neurodivergent people face unique and persistent barriers to self-compassion. Growing up in a world that doesn't accept or accommodate their needs, many Autistic people and ADHDers internalise stigma and ableist attitudes leading to chronic self-criticism, shame, and reduced wellbeing. Compassion-focused approaches can help, but only when they're grounded in neurodivergent experience and neurobiological reality. This practical, process-based workshop gives you the conceptual framework and clinical tools to help your neurodivergent clients move from harsh self-judgment toward genuine self-acceptance.
