Supporting Clients With Rejection Sensitivity and RSD
Rejection can trigger intense and long-lasting distress that affects every aspect of your life.
A common experience for Autistic people and ADHDers, but not limited to these neurotypes, rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD) can be challenging to address in therapy.
Presented by Jennifer Kemp, an Autistic and ADHDer clinical psychologist, in this 2-hour webinar, you will learn how to:
- Identify the factors that are driving rejection sensitivity
- Build the essential skills that foster recovery from rejection
- Help clients who have become stuck in ongoing distress
- Cultivate self-compassion in response to confusion, loss, shame, and regret
- Foster interpersonal safety and help clients flourish in their relationships
This webinar will give you greater confidence and clarity in helping your clients with rejection sensitivity and RSD. You’ll leave with practical strategies and resources to support you and your clients in session.
